Herbalife24 Peanut Butter Cup Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 14 g Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport, Creamy Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. white chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup water

 

For the chocolate layer:

  • 1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder + extra for dusting (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. water
Method:
  1. Place Peanut Butter Filling ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Set aside while you prepare the chocolate layer.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together chocolate layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large mug or mason jar.
  4. Pour the Peanut Butter Filling mixture over the chocolate layer.
  5. Dust the surface with cocoa powder, if desired. Cover mug with plastic wrap or lid, and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow pudding to set.
