Ingredients (5 serves):

  • 56g Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional: 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C and spray a baking sheet with coconut oil cooking spray.
  2. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix to combine. The consistency should be similar to cookie dough.
  3. Spoon out 2 tablespoons of dough into your palms and roll into a ball. Flatten cookie dough between your palms creating a cookie shape and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake chocolate protein cookies at 180˚C for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 15 minutes to allow the protein cookies to set.
